Stanag Rail

I would add a Red Dot scope at an H & K model 93. With a Claw Mount and I still need a Picatinny Rail on top?

I see he says he accepts STANAG scope. I would like to mount a red dot or scope Leopold CQT. Claw Mounting say he needs a Picatinny rail to accept the type of thoose frames. Im not familiar with STANAG.

STANAG NATO is an Organization Agreement standards. STANAG agreement # 2324: The adoption of the U.S. MIL-STD-1913 "Picatinny rail" as NATO standard and electronic optical viewfinder and accessory mount standard rail. The Picatinny rail is a bracket used on some firearms in order to provide a standardized platform assembly for eyeglasses and other accessories such as tactical lights and laser modules observation. The standard has been published by the Picatinny Arsenal and carries the official title MIL-STD-1913. It is also known under the designation NATO STANAG 2324. BTW, this is a total scam Weaver, as he is only slightly modified from Weaver. On the HK 93, I think you need a rail claw mount. Ask gunaccessories.com, they sell a lot of these and can tell you immediately that you. they have always been very helpful.
