What is the best range of calibers for deer to moose and elk.?
my father took me hunting moose and his friend is me talking deer hunting and I'm looking to buy a good gun that I can use a set of average size as the white tail and big game such as bears, moose and elk.

Now, for a response-Buy Remuington 0300 Ultra 700 Rem Magnum and use their power level ammunition. Ammo is loaded 30-06, .300 Win Mag and maxed out at 0300 Rem Ultra Mag. Deer Shoot with Level 1, Level 2 with Elk and moose and bear with Level 3. If you are recoil shy, you can practice until a level you're comfortable, then move to the higher power ammunition.
