3cm dilated 32 weeks pregnant with baby in transverse position, very uncomfortable .. Advice?? ?

Hi, Im 32 weeks and 3cm dilated. Yesterday, my baby has changed from a transverse position .. This is the first time it happened to me ... The pain is very bad .. Im a bit since I started to dilate my chances of him moving is not so high .. I know that baby drying can still head down, but in the meantime, I feel miserable, just cannot sleep ...! Tried ice, music, flashlight, shower hot and nothing seems to work .. Any thoughts? Juju @: I feel some pressure, but also extends the baby killing me ... I am not at all familiar with this position my first was achieved at the beginning, but changed the head down about an hour before entering the active work .. @ Mama and dellla: Thank you! I'm ready to try anything!

I heard that doctors have suggested squatted several times a day, this which opens the pelvis and gives the baby just a little more space to turn. They baby is still much time to spend Tho, and according size of the baby can go right up to the birth unless their leaders are engaged in the basin. What you feel bad for ease? Pressure? Pain? Cramps? Baby stretching? There is not a lot you can do, but still much for me massage helped. If the pain is bad to the point where you are not able to sleep you can talk to your doctor. In my twins both my girls were cutting, so I know all about the pain you feel. When they would stretch on their sides with their hands or feet, I would Just push gently on my belly with one hand flat and generally they would stop. I also take a towel and put water hot and put it on my belly, but the best relief I got was a massage. I try to avoid drugs, but if you are in so much pain to the point where you do not sleep, it may be time to talk to your doctor about something like tyenol. You can also try different positions as on all four and arched, and lower back (back cat ") or use the suggestions about dealing with the side of these ladies. For me when I went to work, all I felt the pressure was not cramping, so concerned that it feels different to different people and if you start to notice a delay model, because it may be contractions.
