High risk for STDs if you have oral sex? (If you're a guy)?
My friend is freaking out. It seems to me, but he is worried of his condition. It has been a week now and nothing has shown. It seems free of the disease, but can not be sure. If nothing has not shown in a week, is it allowed? PS I'm sure some of you will say, go to a clinic for testing. What should I tell him apart from that?
You can try to keep calm and distract him from thinking too much, but the reality is it needs to be tested if he is worried. If it is embarrassed to go and then try to say that doctors have seen it all and they probably did some tests hundered std, just be a friend and support him. Some STDs can lie dormant for months or years after the contract so that he never knew he had one. So if nothing has showed up so do not count the self in the clear for now. Only a week has passed, it may be too early to detect anything yet.
